Enrique has founded and co-founded landmark ventures — including the first online newspaper in Latin America, a multinational content and traffic provider for mobile operators, a MasterCard service provider for the underbanked in the U.S. (USPTO patent holder), and a technology company harnessing ocean currents for electricity generation (two active patents). His expertise spans entrepreneurship, fintech, mobile payments, SaaS, IoT, blockchain, venture capital, energy and renewables, and M&A advisory.

Eduardo co-founded VoIP Group, Inc., where he spent 12 years developing communication systems between earth stations and the International Space Station for NASA. Luis Felipe has served as Deputy Advisor for Economic and Strategic Affairs at the Presidency of Colombia and as Advisor to the Minister of Environment and Sustainable Development — bringing direct experience navigating OECD and UNESCO frameworks, regulatory complexity, and public-private alliance building. A specialist in mobilizing strategic capital, green taxonomy, carbon neutrality, and bioeconomy, he holds a Master's in International Cooperation from the Instituto Ortega y Gasset in Madrid and an academic background from American University in Washington, DC. Fluent in Spanish, English, and French.
